Our expanded planning separates retirement and independent living, assisted living and senior day care from memory care and palliative/hospice pathways that need specialist feasibility review.
These are proposed models for an NRB-focused community in development—not six services already open. The plan also covers accessible spaces, resident choice, family communication and the readiness checks needed before opening.
